  7. Menopause Peer Support

At our support groups, we understand the unique challenges that women face during the menopause transition. From hot flashes and night sweats to mood swings and anxiety, we know that menopause can take a toll on your mental health.

That’s why we’re here to provide a safe and supportive environment where women can connect with others who are going through the same experience. Our group is led by experienced facilitators who have personal experience with menopause and mental health challenges.

Our meetings are confidential, and you can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. You’ll have the opportunity to share your own experiences and listen to others who are going through similar challenges. You’ll also learn coping strategies and techniques to help manage symptoms and improve your mental health.

Whether you’re looking for practical advice, emotional support, or just a place to vent, our group is here for you. We believe that no one should have to go through menopause alone, and we’re committed to helping you through this transition with compassion and understanding.

So why not join us at our next meeting? We meet regularly and welcome women of all ages and backgrounds. You don’t have to suffer in silence – together, we can support each other and navigate this challenging time in our lives.
