Look what we are doing for World Mental Health Day
We are very excited to be celebrating a very important World Mental Health day this year and there are lots of events to get involved in!
- Monday 12th October 11am Craft demonstration to promote wellbeing in early parenthood and workshop/conversations around early parenthood and
mental health with Nik Slade, from the Old Stores Studios in Evercreech. Nik’s workshops are a huge part of life for a great many parents of the very young.
Please pop into this free workshop to listen to Nik explain why she feels this unique time is so important and learn a cool new craft technique!

- Sunday 11th October, Laughter Yoga with Champion Denise Hodgson Did you know that pretending to be a lawnmower was VERY beneficial for your mental health!? If you don’t believe us … come and see for yourself. Facilitated by wonderful experienced practitioner and Laughter Yoga Doyenne Denise . - Friday 9th October 7.30pm Zoom QUIZ Somerset Team for early psychosis have put together a quiz to help demystify some of the misconceptions around psychosis. The quiz will be a fun , competitive event open to everyone , and with prizes as well … please come along ! To book email [email protected]
