Pauses for the Mind Bitesize Training Sessions

Pauses for the Mind are 45‑minute to one‑hour wellbeing sessions designed to give staff space to pause, reflect, and focus on mental wellbeing during the working day. They offer a practical and accessible way to engage with mental health in a time‑effective format.
Usually delivered online, sessions can also be offered face to face where suitable. They are designed to fit easily around existing workloads and are suitable for staff at all levels, with no prior knowledge required.
Sessions can be delivered as a standalone option or combined as part of a wider wellbeing or training programme, providing a flexible way for organisations to support mental wellbeing at work.
