Stress & Anxiety Management-Toolbox Training
4 hour full workshop
This workshop aims to develop knowledge and understanding around the topics of stress, anxiety, mental health and general wellbeing. Practical tools and helpful coping strategies are explored within the workshop that can be applied and used in everyday life.
Who should attend:
This course is for anyone looking to improve their resilience to stress and anxiety with the use of practical tools. The workshop is based on a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model and interventions at each stage.
By the end of the course:
- Participants will have sound knowledge of the impact stress and anxiety can have on every day life
- Participants will be equipped with practical tools to support a reduction and/or management of stress and anxiety
- Participants will be able to identify their own triggers and have knowledge to implement effective self support & guidance to address these
- Participants will be able to gauge their own state of mental health and those they may be supporting with knowledge of signposting information to further support where necessary
