Stress & Anxiety Management – Toolbox Training
4 hour workshop
This workshop develops knowledge and understanding of stress, anxiety, mental health and general wellbeing. The workshop is based on a proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy model and includes actionable strategies at each stage.
Who should attend:
This course is for anyone looking to improve their resilience to stress and anxiety with the use of practical tools.
By the end of the course learners will:
- Have sound knowledge of the impact stress and anxiety can have on everyday life
- Be equipped with practical tools to support a reduction and management of stress and anxiety
- Identify their own triggers and have knowledge to implement effective self-support & guidance to address these
- Be able to gauge their own state of mental health and those they may be supporting with knowledge to signpost information for further support where necessary.
