Busy schedules, digital devices, and the demands of ever-changing responsibilities, can lead to families feeling disconnected from each other as never before. Mindfulness practice can strengthen these relationships and improve overall well-being.
Join Mind In Somerset for an introduction into mindfulness in a way that is engaging, entertaining and persuasive. The session will enable all participants to have a taste of mindfulness practice and identify ways in which they can implement these practices into the home including;
1. ‘Play attention’ via mindfulness of hands
2. Do a ‘.b’
