Our course aims to provide learners with a broad introduction to the concepts of emotional intelligence, resilience and mindfulness. This course is a great start to developing the emotional capacity and awareness you need to become more
flexible and resilient in the workplace, as well as in your personal life.
Learners will also have a better understanding of how their own emotional intelligence impacts upon themselves and others, how resilience can be built and learn about the practice of mindfulness.
By the end of the course learners will:
- Be able to identify the five domains of emotional intelligence and the characteristics of resilience (both within individuals and working environments)
- Have greater confidence in identifying emotions and using the 5-Aspects model for understanding how our emotional intelligence impacts on ourselves and others
- Be able to identify personal strengths and triggers for stress
- Confidently distinguish between helpful and unhelpful thinking patterns and understand how to influence these and foster behaviours to build resilience
