Well Grounded is a peer support group focused around letting nature improve your mood.
Would you like to learn to garden? Grow vegetables and herbs and be with other people in a safe place. New projects in Glastonbury and Shepton Mallet will be starting In April 2021.

We have three different garden areas to work on, one is sure to suit your level of interest. All abilities are welcome and tools are provided.
Sessions are run weekly by an experienced therapist.
