We work with local partners to support individuals to improve and maintain their mental wellbeing through access to community resources and opportunities. Wellbeing Navigators will work with you to identify, create and implement your own wellness recovery plan.

South Somerset Navigators
Jon and Nina provide mental wellbeing one-to-ones across South Somerset.
Jon has worked in Mental Health Services for over 15 years and is extremely passionate about helping people.
Mendip Wellbeing Navigators
Anna is the lead Wellbeing Navigator for the Mendip area. Anna is an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. She is passionate about social justice and loves the natural world and animals.
Jon and Nina (South Somerset) also support Anna with Mendip.
Taunton Deane Wellbeing Navigators
Jem and Joanne are the Wellbeing Navigators for Taunton Deane. Jem has a long history of working with people with mental health issues, and is committed to helping them improve their mental wellbeing.
West Somerset Wellbeing Navigator
Amy is the well being Navigator for West Somerset
Sedgemoor Wellbeing Navigator
Cindy is the Wellbeing Navigator for Sedgemoor.
