Payment Information for Low-Cost Counselling Service

Our low-cost counselling service is offered at a standard rate of £35+ per session, based on a commitment of 12 sessions.

To support accessibility, we operate a sliding scale of £15 / £25 / £35+ per session, based on income and circumstances. We will discuss this with you during your initial assessment to agree on a fee that feels manageable. The scale is as follows:

  • £15 per session – Full-time students over 25 (no income) and clients in receipt of qualifying benefits
  • £25 per session – Individuals with income up to £30,000
  • £35+ per session – Individuals with income over £30,000

If you are in a position to make an additional voluntary contribution beyond the standard rate, we would be deeply grateful. These contributions help sustain the service and support others who may be experiencing financial hardship. You can make a voluntary contribution via the payment link by selecting the “Voluntary Contribution” option.

If you are eligible, please consider ticking the Gift Aid box, which allows us to benefit further from your contribution at no extra cost to you.
