Poor mental health in the workplace is costing UK employers more, according to a new report by mental health charity Mind and consultancy firm Deloitte.
The new research suggests that poor mental health cost UK bosses more than £43bn in 2018. That is an increase of 16% since the last estimate of £37bn in 2016.
It is also estimated that 17.5m days are lost per year due to mental health in the workplace. You can see the full Mind and Deloitte report HERE
